I ordered a custom sweatshirt sample with my own print design. Communication with the supplier was smooth and polite throughout the process — they responded quickly and were always willing to clarify details. However, the sample did not include the fabric and color swatches that I had requested, which were important for planning my future designs. In addition, the print colors came out much lighter and duller than expected, and the black background looked like a faded gray instead of a true black. The sewing and overall construction quality are good, but the fabric composition and printing method were not clearly specified, which made it hard to evaluate why the colors differed from the original artwork. I believe the supplier has potential and is cooperative, but I recommend clearer technical communication (fabric type, print method, and color calibration) for better results in future samples.
